The Easter Event is an event in Overlook Bay that was released on April 14, 2022, as a successor to the 2022 Valentine's Festival event, which was the previous event that took place in Overlook Bay. The Easter Event brought along new pets, vehicles, personal vehicles, an Easter-themed pet pod, and event-exclusive items to the game, as well as a Grand Prix minigame and an exclusive Egg Hunt.
The Easter Event was delayed by about three hours prior to its main release (Part 2) due to a Roblox outage.
Visual Changes[]
The Easter Event revamped the map with Easter-themed decorations, which included flowers and balloons. All trees found across the map were decorated with pink ribbons and garlands often used as decoration during Easter. The sky also started to emit various differently colored confetti particles. Balloons shaped like an Easter Bunny, an Easter Egg, and other shapes were added randomly across the map and could have been found levitating at a fixed position. Special golden-colored decorative garlands were also added to trees.
Parts[]
The Easter Event has been divided into four separate parts, which slowly added promised items to the event.[1]
- (April 7) Part 1: Addition of the Chick Stack pet and the countdown that counted down till the start of the event.
- (April 14) Part 2: Partial initial release of the Easter Event. Addition of the Easter Pod and the pets obtainable out of the pet pod, the Grand Prix minigame, the Egg Hunt minigame, the Carrots currency, and vehicles and personal vehicles obtainable by collecting a certain number of Easter Eggs scattered across the map.
- (April 21) Part 3: Addition of the Griffon pet.
- (April 28) Part 4: Addition of the 2x XP Weekend.

The Easter Event was used as a means of advertisement by Wonder Works Studio to promote PopJam, a children's social media application which previously sponsored the studio. Players can obtain a free Pastel Sheep in-game by redeeming the code, "PastelPop
" (case sensitive) in-game by clicking the PopJam icon towards the left hand side of their screen and entering the code in the text box that pops up.
Egg Hunt[]
The Egg Hunt, referred to as the "Bunny's Quest" in-game, is the successor to the 2021 Easter Event's Egg Hunting minigame. Each day, players have the ability to collect up to 50 hidden eggs scattered across different locations in the map. Collecting certain amounts of Easter Eggs rewards players with prizes including vehicles and personal vehicles exclusive to the event. These Easter Eggs' locations can also be tracked down by players using the Egg Compass.
Egg Locations[]
- While players can only collect 50 Easter Eggs per day, there are more than 50 possible locations where Easter Eggs can spawn, of which only 50 are chosen each day and are unique to each player.
- This interactive map lists all known locations of Easter Eggs across the map, which may mean that some locations are missing, or may have been later removed by the developers.
- Tap or click on markers to see a more clear description and details about a specific location. This is helpful for approximately placed markers, or locations above the ground or behind/under objects in the map's perspective.
- Reload the page if the map does not show up.

The following is a brief list comprising items that can be obtained by collecting different amounts of Easter Eggs. More information regarding these items can either be found on their respective pages on the wiki, or in their specific sections in this page, located towards the end of the article. Grand Prix Racing[]
Grand Prix Racing is a special minigame which was added along with Part 2 of the event, and was hosted once every 5 minutes, presumably by the NPC, Reagan Racer that can be found inside the Bunny's Grotto area located in the Viridian Valley district. Up to 5 players can participate in the Grand Prix at once, and the minigame only starts when there are at least 2 players participating in the minigame.
Players received rewards for winning a specific number of times in the Grand Prix as well as a complimentary Carrots payout for all participants, depending on their performance.
Gameplay[]
Every five minutes, players receive a pop-up UI at the top of their screen that disappears after 30 seconds of inactivity. The UI prompts each player to participate as a contestant in the Grand Prix event and compete against other players. If a player presses the "RACE!" button present in the UI, assuming there are at least 2 players competing, they are teleported to the race location after the 30 second countdown on the UI ends and consequently, the race begins. Players can also check the status of a race starting by clicking on the "Race" button present to the left side of their screen, along with the PopJam and Egg Hunt status button. If the player is in a private server, the pop-up UI does not show up, however, if there are multiple players in a public server but only one of them joins the race, the race functions normally and the player gets to participate and secure the first position, assuming they complete the race on time.
Upon being teleported to the start of the race track, the player is automatically placed in a buggy resembling the one found next to Reagan Racer in Bunny's Grotto. The buggy has the exact same controls as other vehicles in Overlook Bay and the player is expected to complete 3 laps around the given track in the fastest possible time in order to win the Grand Prix. If a player does not complete the race during the 3 minutes and 30 seconds (3:30) time period, they are automatically disqualified and do not get any prize.
Boosts[]
While racing, players may come across Easter Eggs marked with a question mark symbol (?). These Easter Eggs are called "Boosts" and are present in stacks of four at a time. These boosts function similar to the ones present in mainstream games such as Mario Kart and require players to drive over them in order to collect them. Currently, there are only 2 available boosts that can be collected by players. Boosts can be activated by players by pressing the F key while on PC or by clicking the boost UI while on a touchscreen device.
Boost Icon | Boost Name | Effect |
---|---|---|
Speed Boost | Gives a minor boost to the player's acceleration. | |
Slippery Carrot | Sets up a trap which, when driven over by any player, skids their buggy and lowers their speed. It also takes away the player's ability to maneuver their vehicle for about 3 seconds. |
Prizes[]
Players are awarded Carrot currency prizes upon securing a position in the Grand Prix. Upon winning the Grand Prix for a certain number of times, they are awarded special items. These special items are one-time prizes only while the Carrot prizes are granted to players at the end of each race, assuming they secure a position and actually complete the race.
The following is a table enlisting all Carrot prizes according to the player's position in the race:
Position | Prize |
---|---|
First | 250 |
Second | 200 |
Third | 150 |
Fourth | 50 |
